Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RankRelay, a client portal service operated by Dubori, a sole proprietorship registered in Jorhat, Assam, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. What the service does

RankRelay lets an SEO agency create client records, publish deliverables against them, and share password-free portal links through which their clients can view work and record an approval decision. We provide the software. We do not perform SEO work, verify the accuracy of anything you publish to a client, or become a party to your agreement with your client.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • Portal links are bearer credentials. Anyone holding a link can view that client's deliverables and record approvals. You decide who receives a link, and you can revoke any link at any time from your dashboard.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the client records, deliverables, notes, metrics, logos and brand assets you put into RankRelay. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including any logo or brand asset belonging to your client.

4. Payment and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles customer service enquiries relating to billing and processes returns. Your card statement will show Dodo Payments rather than Dubori or RankRelay.

Subscriptions are billed in US dollars, in advance, on a monthly cycle that renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, GST or similar tax, which Dodo Payments calculates, collects and remits based on your billing address.

Trial, cancellation and refunds

  • New agencies get a 14 day trial. No card is required to start it.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings, which opens Dodo Payments' billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Refund requests are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Contact us and we will support the request, or contact Dodo Payments directly using the details on your receipt.
  • We do not pro-rate partial months.

5. Plan limits

Each plan covers a stated number of active clients and team seats. Archived clients do not count toward the limit. If you reach a limit, the service asks you to archive a client or move up a plan rather than charging an overage.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RankRelay to:

  • send unlawful, deceptive, infringing or malicious content to your clients;
  • impersonate another agency or misrepresent who is performing the work;
  • probe, scan or attempt to reach data belonging to another agency or another client;
  • resell or white-label the dashboard itself as your own software product.

White-labelling the client portal with your name, logo and colour is exactly what the product is for and is expressly permitted. The "Powered by RankRelay" line in the portal footer must remain in place.

7. Availability

We aim to keep RankRelay available and to give notice of planned maintenance where practical. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on these plans. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment fails and remains unresolved. Where we close an account for breach, we will tell you why unless doing so is unlawful.

After closure we retain your data for 30 days so it can be restored on request, then delete it. Export anything you need before then.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use RankRelay after that date means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jorhat, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection right you have where you live.
