Do my clients need a paid seat?
No. Clients open their private link and never create an account, so they never count against your seats. Team seats are exclusively for people inside your agency.
Who charges my card?
Paddle, acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your card statement shows Paddle, and Paddle handles sales tax, VAT, and GST based on your location.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
You keep all your client data. Portals pause serving new sessions until you pick a plan, and everything restores immediately upon selecting Starter or Pro. The trial runs 14 days and requires no credit card upfront.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, at any time directly from the billing settings page, which opens the secure Paddle portal. Access continues through the end of the monthly billing period you already paid for.
What happens if I exceed my active client limit?
Archived clients do not count toward your limit, so you can park completed projects or paused retainers. If you manage more active retainers than Pro covers (100 clients), contact our support team for an enterprise tier.
Can I use my own custom domain for client portals?
Portals currently operate on getrankrelay.com displaying your custom agency name, brand color, and logo. Custom domain mapping is on our roadmap.
